The "new" Bavarian environmental pact – AyingHe has been there from the very beginning.
On October 23, 2000, the Bavarian State Government and Bavarian businesses signed the "Environmental Pact Bavaria – Sustainable Management in the 21st Century".
The purpose of this revised version of the 1995 Bavarian Environmental Pact is to foster understanding between the state and industry regarding shared objectives on the path to sustainable development. The set of requirements includes, among other things, quantified targets in the areas of climate protection, resource conservation, and environmental management. Unlike environmental agreements in other German states, the Bavarian Environmental Pact is characterized by a broad range of topics with a total of 11 key areas of action, including new and innovative measures such as integrated product policy and the inclusion of the service sector.

EMAS – Award for outstanding environmental management
The production of a natural product must, according to our PhiliFollowing the principles of philosophy, everything must be integrated into an environmentally sound overall concept – from raw materials to delivery. This awareness was consistently incorporated into the planning of the new brewery, completed in 1999.
The Brauerei Aying Twenty years ago, it was one of the first breweries in Bavaria to undergo a so-called "eco-audit" and has been an EMAS-certified company continuously since the European EMAS Regulation was enacted in 2001.
