The motto of AyingThe brewery's motto "Beer needs a home" is as true today as it was in 1878, when Johann Liebhard founded the brewery. He was the great-grandfather of Franz Inselkammer, the current brewer of [brewery name missing]. AyingIts goal is to produce the finest traditional beers, both bottom-fermented and top-fermented, in a superlative brewery. This guarantees that the AyingThe beers can be enjoyed in excellent quality both at home and exported to Italy, America, and other countries. "As an independent, family-owned private brewery in an increasingly competitive market, it is essential to constantly strive to improve efficiency. We have designed the brewery for the next millennium," says Franz Inselkammer.
