First brewed in 1995 to celebrate the sixtieth anniversary of our brewery, this refreshing strong wheat beer has long been one of the AyingIt's a winter classic. It has a beautiful golden-yellow color, tending slightly towards copper. Four different types of malt provide the typical, slightly spicy taste and the characteristic banana aroma.

The initial sweetness of the wheat beer quickly gives way to a full-bodied flavor accompanied by a pleasant effervescence. With an original gravity of 16,5° Plato, it's the "strongest" among the... Ayinghe wheat beers.
