We brew this naturally cloudy beer specialty in honor of our brewery founder, Johann Liebhard. With its fine yeast haze and pleasant bitterness, it is reminiscent of old Bavarian beer styles.

Brewed according to old traditions, it is not filtered. This preserves many of its natural protein, yeast, and hop components.
