Old Bavarian Dark
Bottom-fermented, dark export beer. Alcohol content: 5,0%. Original gravity: 12,8° Plato.
A deep mahogany hue with a golden-brown shimmer, derived exclusively from the malt, is characteristic of this dark export beer. Brewed using the traditional double-mash method, it is made with five different malts.
Two of them are dark specialty malts, kilned according to old Bavarian tradition. AyingThis beer specialty, with its warm, nutty aromas, drinks with a full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel.
The long finish delivers subtle notes of cocoa bean and coffee. A beer with a wonderful balance of flavor.
