Lager hell
Our classic beer, with its refined recipe, is characterized by a beautiful, light golden hue. After an initial light maltiness, our Lager Hell develops a pleasant hop bitterness.
century beer
This pale, golden-yellow export beer was first brewed in 1978 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our brewery. Its unmistakable aroma is a subtle hint of yeast and honey. The initial taste is spicy and full-bodied, while the main body is mild and smooth with a delicate effervescence.
Old Bavarian Dark
A deep mahogany hue with a golden-brown shimmer, derived exclusively from the malt, is characteristic of this dark export beer. Brewed using the traditional double-mash method, it is made with five different malts.
Old Bavarian Dark Unfiltered
Johann Liebhard immortalized the first serving of his home-brewed beer in his diary with the legendary sentences:
"We served the first beer, very good and the place was packed with people, Michl and Müller from Höhenkirchen got so drunk they knocked over ten times."
Celebrator
This award-winning double bock is the dessert beer among our specialty beers. Its deep mahogany color tends towards ruby red.
Cellar beer
We brew this naturally cloudy beer specialty in honor of our brewery founder, Johann Liebhard. With its fine yeast haze and pleasant bitterness, it is reminiscent of old Bavarian beer styles.
Bavarian Pilsner
The glossy, light yellow AyingThe Bavarian Pilsner is highly fermented and therefore light on the palate, but also mild and refreshing in body.
Light brownish white
A top-fermented, cloudy wheat beer with a full wheat beer flavor. The Leichte Bräuweisse is a typical example. Ayinga beer specialty. Light and refreshing, it appeals to all those who prefer 40% less alcohol or calories without wanting to forgo the full, original wheat beer taste.
Bräuweisse
A beer of a bright golden hue with a fine head. A gentle, top-fermented yeast aroma and a distinctive banana note characterize this hazy, pale wheat beer. The initial taste is velvety, soft, and mild with a refreshing, champagne-like effervescence. The full body of this beer is accompanied by delicate, spicy-fruity citrus notes in the finish.
Original white
This AyingThis specialty beer is brewed from the finest dark wheat and barley malt. This is the source of its elegant amber color, exceptional foam retention, and unmistakably top-fermented, yeasty, and malty flavor.
Winterbock
This dark, chestnut-brown double bock is only available from November to the end of January. The elaborate three-mash process, the use of four types of malt, and a 16-week lagering period ensure its well-rounded, full-bodied, malt-dominant flavor.
wheat bock
First brewed in 1995 to celebrate the sixtieth anniversary of our brewery, this refreshing strong wheat beer has long been one of the AyingIt's a winter classic. It has a beautiful golden-yellow color, tending slightly towards copper. Four different types of malt provide the typical, slightly spicy taste and the characteristic banana aroma.
Spring beer
We will only be serving this naturally cloudy beer specialty for a short time starting in early March.
The grainy, malty aroma of this spring beer is accompanied by a delicate, yeasty, floral fragrance. It's a fresh, full-bodied beer with a hint of bitterness – a beer that, according to Bavarian brewing tradition, heralds the arrival of spring.
MAIBOCK
True to the spirit of spring, our Maibock is a lighter beer than our darker Doppelbocks. Its golden-yellow color and malty aroma harmonize with the sweetness of a true Bock beer, softened by Hallertau hops.
Kirtabier
This naturally cloudy specialty beer is brewed according to old traditions and served at Kirchweih, one of the most important Bavarian holidays. Its warm, coppery-brown color and malty aroma... AyingKirtabiers are produced using a double mashing process with a grist of three different malts.
